In June 2018 JARLY signed a contract with a chemical enterprise in Zhejiang for purchasing one 3-tonne internal combustion explosion-proof forklift, and the vehicle was delivered to the user on time one month later through the collaborative efforts of the company's manufacturing department, purchasing department, and quality inspection department.

The necessity of using explosive-proof forklifts

In many industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, paint and coating, coal, national defence, military and so on, when producing, filling, releasing, storing and transporting flammable liquids, as well as treating and cleaning objects with these liquids, flammable gases or dusts may be generated and mixed with air to form explosive mixtures, which make these areas inaccessible to ordinary forklift trucks.JARLY explosion-proof forklift trucks are designed and manufactured for handling operations in places where explosive gases or dusts may be generated. According to the provisions of the 6.1.3 of the Dangerous Chemical Safety Supervision and Management Department of the People's Republic of China,“General Principles for the Storage of Hazardous Chemicals”，Explosion-proof vehicles must be used for the handling of flammable and explosive hazardous chemicals.
