A well-known foreign-funded enterprise in Anhui, a new production project, in order to meet the hazardous environment of the warehouse transfer work, need to purchase a 3 tonnes of internal combustion explosion-proof forklift and a 5 tonnes of internal combustion explosion-proof forklift. The customer compared JARLY brand with the leading domestic forklift brands, and finally chose JARLY brand after comparing the technical advantages, 5 ton explosion-proof forklift market sales performance (there are only a few 5 ton internal combustion explosion-proof forklift trucks manufactured by the whole machine in the domestic market) and other aspects.
JARLY active explosion-proof vehicles have been adhering to the "whole process" explosion-proof concept of "overall explosion-proof design, whole vehicle manufacturing", from R&D to manufacturing, explosion-proof technology in one step. The explosion-proof vehicles manufactured by JARLY have passed the severe tests of national special equipment, and their safety and reliability have been professionally verified.
After obtaining the type test certificate for special equipment, no further explosion-proof modifications have been made to any extent to any of the models of JARLY explosion-proof vehicles. This is completely different from the ordinary vehicle based on the modification of explosion-proof vehicles. Some of the performance indicators of the modified explosion-proof vehicles have changed considerably compared with those before the modification, and most of the vehicles have not been type-tested in accordance with the national requirements for the management of special equipment after the "secondary processing", so there is no relevant data on the safety and reliability of the modified vehicles.
At the same time, the modification does not meet the requirements of the State's "Special Equipment Safety Law", "Regulations on Safety Inspection of Special Equipment", "Safety Technical Supervision Regulations for Motor Vehicles Used for Special Purposes on the Ground (Factory)" and other relevant laws and regulations. Therefore, the modification of explosion-proof vehicles poses a major safety hazard and is suspected of violating the law, with a greater potential liability and risk for the user units.
